In celebration of the 25th year, the Silver Jubilee of IEEE UVCE Computer Society, the society proudly hosted CodeFury 7.0. This Annual National-Level Hackathon saw over 420 participants showcasing their tech skills in an intense competition.
The event was supported by General Sponsor, IEEE CS Bangalore Chapter, Industrial Partner, GUVI, Platform Partner, 0x.day, and Ticketing partner, Unstop. Their collaboration ensured participants had the resources needed to bring innovative ideas to life.
CodeFury 7.0 featured two tracks: Web Development and App Development. Participants chose their tracks and tackled challenging problem statements. The event began with an inspiring talk by Mr. John Prem Kumar, a Solution Architect from GUVI, followed by insights from Mr. Prasanth BM, Co-founder of 0x.day, and a detailed briefing on the problem statement by Dr. Kiran K Sir throughout the hackathon, participants were given three unique prompts to incorporate into their projects, with extra points awarded for successful integration.
Projects were evaluated by a panel of judges based on innovation, technical complexity, and adherence to prompt requirements. The top teams advanced to the final round, where they presented their work in a rigorous Q&A session.
